| |  | We’ve made sure everyone in the distribution network has the chance to earn rewards based on their contributions. For your contribution to our success, there are some fantastic rewards on offer.
We have really focussed on making the rewards accessible for everyone so there is now every reason why all outstanding contributions can be rewarded – whatever your role.

Campaign dates: January 1st – April 30th 2007, except Corporate Partnerships April 1st – June 30th 2007 | | Flexible Funds | This year we have given certain senior managers in each SBU a bank of points termed “Flexibility Fund” which allows them to reward peoples individual excellent performance at the appropriate times within the campaign period. The benefits of these funds are: -
- To instantly reward excellence in whatever form. Doesn’t need to be results driven – simply Elite performance in whatever shape or size.
- To reward all of the unsung heroes in our Matrix teams – anyone in AXA Insurance who supports a business result can be rewarded here.
- To utilise other measures for reward such as Customer feedback for example.
They all have the absolute flexibility to use these funds in whichever way they see fit for their area – see the individual pages on this section for some of the differing ways they are being used and any current winners. | | You will receive monthly updates via email, and this information will also be shown on the “Latest News” area of this web site, so you can see how you are performing and what rewards you are in line for.
